A Little History of Totem Smokehouse
Totem Smokehouse opened in 1978 in Seattle's Pike Place Market. During these early years, Totem perfected its world-famous smoking process. Today, we have nearly 20 years of experience smoking fish using our secret Native American inspired recipe and making satisfied customers the world over.
During this same period, we have also sold our delicious products to customers in the United States and around the world through our catalog. Many of our mail order customers are folks who tasted our gourmet smoked seafood products at our store, and then just had to have more when they got home.
Totem Smokehouse is run by Jane, Fred, Rebecca and Mark. These four partners are dedicated to maintaining the highest quality products and delivering absolute customer satisfaction to you. The creation of this Web site is the first of many steps we hope to take to make it easy and convenient for customers to get top-quality smoked seafood any time, any place.
